What are we doing

We are looking into purchasing class B/B- commercial multifamily (30-50 unit) properties in secondary  markets outside of Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro and Winston Salem North Carolina.  Acquisition through partnership or syndication.  Member of several syndicate teams with 100+ units under management.

• 2 million dollars of assets under management
• 3.3 million dollars in transactions to date
• 800 thousand dollars in renovations
• 3 years active in real estate investing
• 7 cash flowing doors in Union County New Jersey

For the last 3 years I have worked on value add deals.  Buying under valued highly distressed properties, fully renovating and then placing families in new apartments for rent.

Taking that background we have done multiple flips to generate capital for future buy and hold specifically in commercial multifamily properties.
